Ans. It is illegal if the Christian Ministry is not authorized by the Producer of that Music album to distribute the songs freely. We've found that 9 out of 10 websites, having songs on their web sites, are distributing the songs illegally.
Qn. How do I know that the MP3 songs on a Christian Ministry website are legal?
Ans. Look at the credits and copyright information of that album. Verify whether or not you can see a link from where you can buy that music album. If any of the above is missing, possibly it is illegal. Ultimately, write to the ministry and ask them whether or not they have the permission to distribute the songs. If you don't get any positive reply, it is illegal.
Qn. What can I do, if I find that a website is distributing music illegally?
Ans. Simply don't download the songs. Contact the webmaster of that website and ask him to remove the songs. If you know the musicians or the producer of that music album, contact them and tell them that someone else have stolen their music and illegally distributing. Only the producers of the album can do anything legally against the culprits.
