OUR SHIPPING POLICY

Provided that the items on your order are in stock, we will begin to process it
immediately -- within 24-48 hours of receipt during business days. Once you've placed an order
at ChristianStore.biz, you will receive an e-mail confirmation saying that we've
received and are processing your order. You will receive a second e-mail
notifying you that the order has been shipped. Out-of-stock items are shipped
when they become available. You have also the choice of cancelling an order made on Out-of-stock items.

RETURN POLICY
|

Most retailers have an ALL SALES ARE FINAL approach to customer returns. At ChristianStore.biz we offer you the option of returning items that don't meet your needs or a wrong product was shipped to you. Here is our return policy:

1. You have up to 20 days after the ship date to initiate your return. Your items must reach us within 30 days from ship date. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted for return. We will ship late items back to you.
|
|
2. When we receive your items, we will refund your order amount less handling fees and the original shipping charges. We charge a $4.95 handling fee on each returned item.
|
|
3. To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging and containers, documentation and the invoice. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner. We will not accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition - we will return such items to you. If you reject that return shipment, we reserve the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer.

4. You may return any product you buy except opened music Compact Disks and tapes. Once the seal of the CD is broken we will not accept the item unless it has some defects. In that case you are eligible get the same product from us.

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE

We regulary use United States Postal Service to ship the items. But occassionally
we use other carriers like FedEx, UPS etc. The tracking facility is not available
for all types of shipments. If you have a tracking number use the carrier internet links
to track your package from the following links.
