Since we partner with MusiChristian.com, we can ship the product to you from our US office. This will be a special order. Please use the contact form on our site to let us know your requirement.

HOW TO MAKE AN ORDER
|
To order the items, follow these steps:
1. After you decide to purchase a product, simple click .This will add the product to MY CART. You can later delete the product from the cart if you want.
2. Click on or CHECK OUT from the store menu or from MY CART.
3. If you're a new customer, enter your e-mail address, name, password, address and other details. If you are already a customer, simply Login.
4. Verify your address.
5. Choose your shipping option.
6. Next, you're shown the total amount of your order, including sales tax (Utah residents only) and shipping charges (if any). If any of the information is incorrect, you can go back and edit information on previous pages.
7. Enter how would you like to make the payment. Enter your check or credit card information and confirm your billing address if you have selected credit card as the payment. If you are paying through you will be directed to their home page to complete the order.
8. Next, you're shown a THANK YOU page with an invoice number that you can print for your records. You can use INVOICE NUMBER or ORDER NUMBER if you need to contact us regarding your order later. We will also confirm your order via e-mail within 24 hours.

IF I ADD AN ITEM TO MY CART, AM I OBLIGATED TO BUY?

Please be assured that simply adding an item to MY CART doesn't obligate you to buy it. You can always delete the item from MY CART if you decide not to purchase it.

AFTER I ADD AN ITEM TO MY CART, HOW CAN I REMOVE IT?

If you want to update an item, enter the number under Quantity and click . If you want to remove an item from the cart, enter the quanity of items as zero.

KNOWING THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER

As soon as we process your order, we will send you an email. The email will contain the invoice. You can also get the status of your order by simplying Contacting Us.

HOW DO I GET A COPY OF AN INVOICE FOR MY ORDER?

On the last page of CHECK OUT you will be able to print the invoice. We also will send out the invoice as an e-mail.

WILL ALL THE ORDERS THAT SUBMITTED BE SHIPPED?

After we receive your order, we will review it and approve it. In certain situations like if the customer is a minor or the products are not allowed in your countries, we will let you know our decision.

PAYPAL ORDER

Orders paid for with PayPal will be shipped to the confirmed address entered when setting up your PayPal account. You can check your confirmed address by logging into PayPal.com and choosing "Address" in the "Profile" tab under "Your Account."

CANCELING AN ORDER
|

Because we try to process orders as quickly as possible, it is difficult to alter an order once it has begun processing. If you place an order and shortly thereafter change your mind, try E-mailing us as soon as possible and we will let you know if we were able to comply with your request. We regret any inconvenience that this may cause you.
When paying with PayPal all credits for returned merchandise will be issued as in-store credit only.
